ODI 5x5 Upgrade News - December 16, 2014

While the ODI focal plane is being extracted in the clean room at NOAO we are using this opportunity for general dewar maintenance. Pictured here is Greg Ching of the Institute for Astronomy (Hawaii) preparing one of the eight flex-circuit feed-through boards for vacuum testing. These flex cables connect to the OTA detectors inside the dewar.
